HELP! PH issue?

Hello,
Newbie grower. Was about to flip to flower then I started noticing issues on one of my two plants, now the 2nd one is starting to show similar issues. It's been about 16-17 days since I noticed the issue and been trying to resolve since. I believe the issues stems from overwatering/overfeeding as I had stepped up the amount of nutrients thinking I was helping. The issue only seems to be at the top/new growth showing curling/clawing and discoloring, started as some light green/yellowing then progressing to splotches on leaves almost purpleish or reddish brown along with purple stems. From what I read here it could be low PH. I check the soil PH and it is around 6 to 6.2. I just purchased an Apera PC60 to start PH'ing my water and check the runoff. I gave it some water with a touch of Cal-Mag and PH at 6.5 last night. The plant looks a bit more lively, standing a bit taller today, leaves look a bit livelier but hard to say. Not sure how long it should take to see a bounce back or what I should expect to see to consider it better and ok to move to flowering. Other than that I am lost and getting frustrated, thought it could be light stress or wind burn/stress, but after light adjustments and fan adjustments, not much change. Therefore thinking it is more PH related. Any info/tips is appreciated. Let me know if any other info is needed to help.
Grow Specs:
Germination started in soil on 4/7/23
AC Infinity 3x3 tent with intake and exhaust fans and 2 oscillating fans ( one above and one below canopy
Fox Farm Ocean Forrest soil and using FF trio (mainly Grow Big & Big Bloom for now, along with Cal-Mag) at half strength
18/6 light cycle
Temps: 77-79 lights on and 71-73 lights off
RH: 57-60% consistently
Runoff PH measured at 6.5 in the plant with issues and 6.7 in the better performing plant.

I have not detected any kind of pest. I have the Cloudforge T3 Humidifier running

Okay then. White spots everywhere are from the humidifier and not bugs... That's all I had.

I have used those products but not at the same time. I don't mix bloom during veg. So that's my 2cents.

I think you have satisfactorily addressed your issue....well done.
What was the runoff pH after lifting the input pH?

there is no mixing of veg/bloom ferts. FF Tiger Bloom is the bloom fert, Big Bloom is a general additive that's used in all stages. Thanks for the reply and 2 cents

Thank you for your time and input. I tried to do my research and learn on my own, just not convinced I identified the problem or resolution. Since I got my Apera, I have fed/watered 3 times with PH of 6.5. The readings of the runoff have been 6.5, 6.8 and 6.14 on one plant. 6.7, 7.04, and 6.53 on the 2nd plant which was doing better but has started to show similar issues that the other one is having. Causing me to 2nd guess myself. Also not being sure how soon I should see some results showing the problem is resolved has got me going in circles.

so I ended up flushing both plants. Used about 26 gallons of water between both plants PH around 6.6-6.7. My runoff started at:
6.03 PH
1357 Cond/EC
960 TDS
.68 Sal
and ended at:
6.31 PH
490 Cond/EC
349 TDS
.25 Sal
Have NO idea what any of that mean, but it looks like it helped the PH and cleared out some buildup. Since then I have fed it with low dose of nutrients, and just plain water w/ small amounts of CalMag PH @ 6.7. Last night the runoff measured at
5.82 PH
715 Cond/EC
506 TDS
.36 Sal. Plant seems to be better, hard to tell honestly, nothing seems to be working out with this grow after a stellar start. No forum seems to have any useful input. Beyond frustrated and info overload.
