PH in @ 6.5 PH in runoff @ 4.5?

I don't really understand why my nute PH does this, is this a problem?
I also have rust spots on my leaves, are these two part of the same problem?

I'm assuming you're in dirt? Perhaps a flushes is do there's articles on this site about correcting pH. Definitely a problem pH is way too low.

I'm using FFOF soil, they're 3.5 wks. into flower I am using GH Trio nutes at 1/2 the strength the amount suggested by GH. I have gone up to 2 tsps. of Cal/Mag per gallon. at water and feed. I also tried a foliar feed of epson salts and they just get worse!?

2 Tsp of CalMag both feed and water? You're giving twice the nitrogen that's in the Green Gro bottle every couple of days. Tap or RO for water?

Personally, I'd flush with Tap until runoff was good and back off the CalMag to 1 Tsp, unless there's a reason to use that much. It sounds like you have salt buildup, to me. It is hard to tell without seeing the plants.

I flushed and the runoff is at 6.0 Much better
