Ph adjustments

Hello everybody, is it ok to use the ph up/down chemical that is used for pools and spas,, thanks

I'm using General Hydroponics products to regulate PH in a DWH setup and I've been very happy with them. These products are advertised for swimming pool use as well. I don't think that means that any swimming pool chemical is okay for hydroponic use, but check out the labels. If the chemicals are simply mild acid/base then it's probably okay.
