PGRs and General Hydroponics fertilizer

Hello everyone =, I have a question about General hydroponics fertilizers. Do they contain PGRs. Every so often one of my plants will come out with a lot of orange hairs and a little brown, I understand this can indicate PGRs. Can anyone help me out here?

Sorry - not much help here as I believe General Hydroponics are not as good as General Hydroponics thinks they are - I think they are third rate subpar.
