PESTS?? New grower looking for advice on pest issues

Just notice this issue on an couple of plants today, I'm positive it is a pest issue, but can't determine if I have to deal with thrips or mites...I see black dots under some leaves but I also watered today and have had minor soil splash back before during watering so not sure if it's soil...I guess I need a magnifying glass

For spidermites, 91% ISO 50/50 with water, spray every 2 days for at least 3 treatments. The alcohol kills adults on contact, but not the eggs. Spray the under side then the top and soak them good! Captain Jacks Dead bug or Spinosad are also good, cost more. IF outside 1500 ladybugs will do way more than all these sprays.
