It's a horrible return, amibro! But it is a work in progress. Primarily, my IWH making needs a lot of work.
That Cheerios box full of 2.5 ounces of trim gave me 5 grams of 220 hash. The trim went in a 1-gallon bubble bag, closed up, and smished up until the kief started greening. That went into my pollen press in boiling water and is sitting balled up in a jar for future consideration. The process is under review for my next grow.
