Hello, everyone. Are these plants hypoxic? I'm not sure, so I want to ask everyone. Thank you

What is the soil type? Do they get plenty of circulation with a constant fresh air supply, not just re-circulating old air?

This is almost certainly a PH issue. Your plants are not getting enough magnesium/calcium/iron because the PH is wrong and they cannot absorb these minerals. Adding additional nutrients is not the answer, rather get your PH to 6.2-6.8.
