Overwatering with super soil

I am a new grower, and using super soil in 7 gallon smart pots. I am wondering, with this setup do I still need to overwater by 20% to flush excess salts released from the plant?

No. If you flush out the soil you will loose your plant food If you are not adding salts, you don't need to flush salts

Agreed, and the Kind super soil (what I use now for indoor) specifically mentions not to allow a runoff when watering or you'll be losing nutrients.

Agree with the above two. No runoff with super soil as it leeches nutrients out and the whole idea of super soil is so you don't have to add anything during the grow
