HELP! Overwatered????

What's wrong with this plant. This plant is second to the biggest and this is the second time it has done this.

Thanks Canuck147 told my husband that I needed a bigger pot for this is his plant. But of course he didn't want to listen to me.

I'm with Canuck on this one. Once the canopy hits the edge of the cup, the roots typically are hitting the edge too. Probably starting to circle the cup by the looks of the plant size.
