Over-watered, yellow leaves after flowering.

So I believe with a recent rainstorm my pot became over watered and now the leaves have yellowed. It doesn't seem to show signs of nutrient deficiency. My question is should I just cut off the yellow leaves because there's no hope for them coming back or leave them alone? Thanks for any suggestions.

Are you sure the leaves are turning yellow from over watering and not just the normal yellowing the leaves get at the end of the grow cycle?
