Outside to inside

I have 2 plants outside about 3 weeks in 5 gal fabric pots I'm setting up my tent this weekend can I move them in the only reason is they have stalled at 4th node think it's due to cool wet weather looking at forecast it's not getting any better bottom leaves turning yellow from to much water I believe even in the fab pots my concern is bringing them in from outside and bringing in something unwanted from outside should I let them go and pop seeds or bring them in

you can bring them in if you are worried about pests give them a good spray of neem oil,

I have girls that I move outside every morning, and back in every night (keeping them on 12/12). One can bring in unwanted pests, I do my best to look them over each day, and have found a few,, it's not a perfect way to grow, but the light runs cheaper,,,
