Outdoor flush

What is the Best way to flush outdoor girls that are in the ground?

If your not using chemical nutrients you should not need a flush. Even with chems I don't believe a flush will help outdoor, but could not hurt if done properly.

I quit feeding my outdoor plants the last 2 weeks, so I don't flush. Tastes good as any.
