Looks like you might have a bug issue of some sort. Something is chewing on them. Take a real good look under the leaves with a magnifying glass or a jeweler's loupe. Otherwise they look good.

What do you recommend I put on them to eliminate those bugs ?

Can you help me with some tips to kill the bugs ?

In veg spinosad can be used, but not in flower, I use ISO 50/50 (can be 1 part ISO to 8 parts water) with water spraying the underside first then the top and soak 'em! The alcohol kills the adults on contact, then the eggs hatch so one needs to retreat every 2-3 days for at least 3 treatments, (with the light off folks) then watch closely.
Outside, ladybugs are the real deal!
I dont see bugs.
