? Other plants in the grow tent

In addition to having my "grow" inside, I was thinking of also adding a Basil plant in the tent. Is this advisable or an absolute NO!
What are your thoughts or experience?

I did some catnip once, if there is room go for it.

As long as you're absolutely sure that it has no pests on it, go for it! I have been thinking about adding a bit of stevia this winter.

I always start my outdoor plants in my grow. Herbs, tomatoes, peppers. We are even talking about growing them full time indoors. Its alot of fun

As mentioned above, perfectly fine if there's absolutely no pests. In other words, to be safe, grow your basil from seed or a cutting that is not in soil and thoroughly inspected.

Adding outside plants to your grow without cleaning them and treating them is asking for issues in the grow room whether its basil or the sweetest bud you have ever grown. Definitely start the other varieties the way you start your herb. Then post some pictures. And this should be a topic all on it's own, show your grow and veggies 😁 makes me want to start a flat of lettuce
