Orion F1 grow log

Hello everyone. For anybody interested this is where I'll try to post weekly updates on my F1 grow. For those that didn't see my original post I received 3 free Orion Fi hybrid seeds from RQS. These are advertised as the future of the industry and better in every way. See Franklin's reply to original post for great explanation of the science behind them. They are charging about 30$ a seed so let's see if they are worth it. I've never done an official grow log and I'm still figuring out this new fangled internet thing so bear with me. Still learning this art so if anybody has any suggestions as I go along I'm all ears. Starting plant in 2×3×6 homemade box with SF2000 light and AC INFINITY 6" exhaust fan. Organic soil grow with FF Happy Frog with homemade compost and worm castings. Auto-flowering perpetual harvest. Germinated seed in paper towels on reptile heater set at 82' F. 2 days later had tap root appr. 1/4 in long. Put in 5 gallon fabric pot . Soil mix is 5 parts FF Happy Frog, 1 part compost,.half part worm castings with a few red wigglers thrown in to continue their good work. She broke ground on 3/21 with a mutation ( 4 seed leaves). Pictures are at day 1 and day 5. Just given ph adjusted water to 6.6. My well water runs about 7.5. Adjusted with citric acid crystals for Organic grow. The younger plants are from left to right Blueberry Cookies, Sweet Skunk, Orion F1. Older plants are left to right Critical 2.0, Purple Kush, Blackberry Kush. ( smelling heavenly). Will try to post updates every Sunday but sometimes shit gets crazy around here so if I'm late please bear with me.

Hello everyone, here's an update on the F1. It's day 13 and she is growing well, so far so good. Given compost tea on day 10 but no nutes so far, just Ph adjusted water as needed. Has 4 nodes so far with very little space between.

Hello everyone, here's an update on the Orion Fi grow. Sorry I didn't keep up with weekly updates, my busy time of year. It was a pretty uneventful grow. Just given compost tea in veg. and half strength flowering nutes till last two weeks. (Blue Planet nutrients). I topped and lollipoped and tied some side branches down but probably should have kept up with LST better. Today is day 60 and she's getting close to harvest, smells kind of sweet and skunky. Will check trichomes again in about 3 days but I'm thinking about a week till harvest. Looking forward to it, can't wait to try it. But I got to say that it was a good easy to grow plant but nothing special. Unless the buds are out of this world I don't think their worth the money they are charging (80 bucks for three). Glad mine were free. Will let you know how it turns out.
