Opinion on proposed tent size.

Sounds like a plan! I built my grow box out of plywood and quickly outgrew the size. Like Insomniaczzz said, it is nice to have enough room to access all sides of your plants and have enough room for additional equipment if the need arises.

I have a 4x4x7 tent and put my girls on milk crates for ventilation purpose. I have never had hight problems even when I grew Super Silver Haze. When they get too tall I simply put them on the floor. For me 4 plants serve me perfect. It makes it easy to mix nutes. Usually about 1/2 gal. each. Little waste.
