Hi every buddy I have a 4x4x8 grow tent running 4 big leds, two fans one above one on the ground, humidifier and heater. My temp is 78 degree with 69 percent humidity. I have my first plant which is 2 months old and was doing good then one day it looked like the picture here. What is wrong with it and how do I fix it? My other 5 is over 3 ft tall and not even a month old with fan leaves the size of a soft ball. I took these pics out side so you see what I mean.

Looks like nutrient burn or pests. Are you using ozmycote? I can see little yellow pellets in the soil... What is that?
I did I have no bugs in the soil or in the tent. The tent gets cleaned and inspected daily. I also just this evening checked the dirt and replaced the dirt that I had baked in the oven for 45 min. The roots are bright white and long. I don't know what kind of pest would do this.
I have little or pebbles in the dirt that had got stired up when I mixed the dirt tonight. I only fertilize with nitro big every other week. It just started looking like this and I had friend watch my house. I found two empty carbonated water bottles and a empty sprayer. He said he foliate with the bottle. Will that do this to my plant. I used plain well water when I sprayed them

What kind of dirt is it? Those little yellow pellets look a lot like a time released nutrient ball. Have checked the PH and/or ppm of your runoff?
Idunno what carbonated water would do to your plants. It could even be a virus of some sort... at any rate, if you have 5 other healthy plants, I would quarantine this one and if it were me, probably cull it.

It is hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like the roots cannot move water into the plant. Are those dead looking leaves dry and crunchy? I think the key here may be that baking soil in the oven @ 250F for an hour kills all living organisms. You will be starting with "Sterile" soil so don't forget you need to add "ALL" of the bacteria, enzymes, mycorrhizal fungi, microsomes etc. to the soil before you start your grow. Start by rehydrating the soil with distilled water, wash your hands before you start. You are doing this so unwanted microbes from you or your tap water don't overpopulate your virgin soil before the ones you want get started. Add a good quality soil microbe amendment and a little diluted molasses and give it a few days and you're good to go. Well if the bad microbes overpopulated your virgin soil before the good ones Or there are no active microbes in the soil at all? Well all manner of maladies can result.

It looks like a problem at the roots to me. Water isn't moving through the plant properly for some reason. It looks like it's in a very big pot for its size so I wonder if it might be overwatering? Are you waiting for the top inch to get dry before you water? How easily does the water drain out the bottom when you water and how long before you need to water again?
Did you do anything unusual right before it happened? Did you foliar feed or spray the plant with anything? Or water it with something new?
I noticed the humidity is really high (you want it closer to 50%). High humidity prevents the plant from uptaking water and nutrients properly, which might be making the problem worse though I don't think that could cause this. The way cannabis drinks is it evaporates water from the leaves, which sucks up water from the roots like a straw. If it's humid the plant isn't evaporating much water from the leaves and the plant stops being able to drink as much water. This makes it much more likely to suffer from problems with roots, overwatering and nutrient uptake because the plant takes forever to drink up the water in the pot. I think getting more oxygen to the roots by letting them dry out a little, alongside lowering your humidity, could help this plant recover. Though its a good idea to explore if you can figure out exactly what triggered the problem in the first place.

The water drains excellent and I only water them once a week. The roots are beautiful bright white I checked them when I put new dirt in the pot. I know the pots big but I do that after they get to big for the solo cups so I don't have to keep transplanting them. I do wait for it to be well dry before watering again. I have natural artesian well water and I foliate with that but when my buddy watched my place for weekend he used carbonated water. The plant was thriving like the others when I left them I came back to this one sick one. Do you think the carbonated water did that?

The only carbonated beverage I have tried on plants is homebrewed ale. It is full of live yeast and has sugars that the soil microbes love. So we are in new territory here.
Ok so the leaves feel wet are they slimmy also? If they are pick them off the plant. Wash the remaining plant off with water, treat it with Bi-Carb Old Fashioned Fungicide by Monterey Lawn and Garden ( I hate chemicals but this looks extreme and this is OMRI listed) and air dry it with a fan right away.
Keep us posted and retrain your plant sitter.

If he watered with carbonated water right before it got sick, I think that might have been the cause
