Right now Im just running a galaxy hydro 300w and a viparspectra 300w together. Does pretty well. I'm wanting to get a quantum board led set up going pretty soon. But these little lights do really well together
 
I'm going to take a guess at your yield and let's see what others think. Your galaxy hydro 300w and viparspectra 300w both draw about 135W of actual power each with 5w of overhead for fan. That's about 260w of blurple in a good footprint at 2x4 with reflective walls. I'd guess 1g per watt so 312g or about 9 oz should be easily achievable with your scrog setup. So, to answer your question I think a half pound is doable.
 
I would be very satisfied if I could pull that much from this plant. I hope your right! Thanks for the post and the info!
 
I bet that's only half of it - other part being those wonderful odors emitted by the terpenes - plus what you get on your fingers.
