Omega led light full sprectrum

I brought omega100 watt gl led light omega, It has 2.7 umol/j per watt.
can i use this to grow weed through all all stages
if any one can help

200 to 400 watts my opinion like I said no expert

No expert here either. I think 30 watts per square foot is as low as you want to go; for 1 sq meter you would want at least 300 watts. 100 watts is better suited for a single plant in a 2x2 ft tent.
If it is a full spectrum light then it should be good for all stages, but at 100w still probably weak during flower.
