With how many male flowers were coming off the 1st pics I highly doubt it. Unless 1 branch can be male another female? Take the one with all the male flowers off the plant and give the other branches time to show themselves better. Id say scrap it and get better seeds

Yep it's the brosacks, however it looks to have wonderful genetics, I'd keep some of his pollen in the freezer for seeds.
