I know this is weed grows easy site and it does for me however cucumbers not so much they don't like my newts any advice or comments maybe I'm a dumb ass and should just give them water thanks
Cucumbers are very susceptible to white powdery mildew, especially on the underside of the leaves. Once it is established it can be near impossible to get rid of. I spray a vinegar and water solution and when used on a regular basis keeps it at bay but seldom have I gotten a very good crop from affected plants. Nutrients with high P&K is what they prefer. A breezy sunny spot helps keep the WPM away. I've given up trying to grow zucchini and cucumbers.
I tried some water melon in a pot last year, it seemed to invite WPM to the plants, so I dont do that anymore.
Dont touch the vine/leaves while its wet.
