Off topic - feeling nostalgic

I'm working round the house, cleaning, doing last minute wrapping, preparing for Christmas Eve party tomorrow night. Listening to Music Choice - the 70's on tv. Hearing such great songs, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Little River Band, Eagles, Rod Stewart, Elton John, so on and so on. Double edged sword though. I'm enjoying it immensely but also feeling a little blue.

I am as well past xmass thinking of when I was a kid, and my kids when thay were young, now grown with kids of their own! Thay will all descend on me and the wife tomorrow eve.get out the rum nog, and light the lights this is going to be fun? Any body see the tylenol? Merry Xmas peace

Thanks y'all!! I just changed the channel to Christmas music! But heard some Bachman Turner Overdrive, Kenny Logins, ELO, Four Seasons........good stuff.

And it is past noon where I'm at so I opened the jug of eggnog, poured a glass and spiked with some Buttershots.........damn that stuff is good!!

My mood is lifting.....now as long as they don't play Elvis Presley Blue Christmas, I'll be fine. LOL

You guys (and gals) are the very best!!!!
