I just started a strain that calls for lots of nutrients especially nitrogen. I have been using the G H flora trio should I change to the flora nova gro and bloom and keep using the flora micro along with it or do I need the micro at all ? Would I mix these together like when mixing the trio?

There should be a feeding schedule on-line to follow. Typically you'd start with half-strength and see how they react, but if you know the strain is hungry for nitrogen then give it what it wants.

GH Flora trio uses the grow and bloom bottles to adjust n-p-k ratios from veg to flower.
The micro is where they supply all of the micro-nutrients, so it needs to stay constant.
I'd suggest using the feed schedule and then adjust based on what your plants are telling you.
