SOIL nutrients

from everything I was told at the grow shop that the Ocean Forest lasts for about 3 months Vegetative stage then add when you flower. Then he went on to say that if you want a soil that lasts longer then you start talking about super soils that last the whole grow.
 
You are welcome! And welcome to the GWE forum. I accidentally bought super soil. That is what im doing now. Organic. They say you don't have to ph the water the living organisms in the soil regulate the ph for you. Now I ph the water to the recommended ph for my medium 6.0 - 7.0. I keep mine at 6.4 - 6.5 and they love it.
