Nutrients added

I have just started using the 3 part Ph perfect Micro, Grow, Bloom by Advanced Nutrients.
I see the schedule to add 1ml first week and 2 ml second week, and 3mm on third week and 4mm on 4th week.

Question is, do I add these to my my reservoir weekly by 1mm or do I flush my system every week and add new nutrients per the mm count?

I am doing the kratky method so I only change my res maybe 1x a month. If I do have to change weekly what would be a happy medium?

I also use the M, G, & B along with Sensi Cal Mag-Xtra. I've never heard of the kratky method. I change my reservoir every seven to ten days. Mixing my nutrients in five gallon jugs, pH-ing, and then emptying the reservoir to add it to. Though I never exceed 2ml per liter, except when I'm in flower. Then I will go to the full 4ml per liter with Bloom bottle only.
