HELP! Nutrient deficiency

I noticed my newest set of leaves coming in bright yellow, while the ones slightly older and still growing are leathery. I have some orange spots as well. I ordered some liquid nutes as I believe this to be a calcium, iron, or potassium deficiency. Any ideas? The new leaves also appear to be twisting at the end.
 
Definitely not a potassium defiencies.
As tersky is saying, it could be roots problems, with those leaves. Maybe from over watering ?
the orange spots could be PH fluctuations- Which I would find out first. Before you diagnose another problem. PH levels not in the right range can cause a lot of problems. If your PH is on spot, It could be calcium problems the orange spot.
Tersky But as mention from tersky, it’s hard without the information about the whole setup.

So I'm using a Miracle Gro Soil medium. I use a 300W LED (spectrum more towards flowering specteum) and have it about 18 inches above the canopy. I transplanted about 5-6 days ago and watered thouroughly. Before I transplanted, I mixed in 1 tbsp of 12-10-5 nutrient feed. No where in my soil mix or the feed does it include calcium as I could see. I'll include a few more pics
 
PH levels in your water/nute feeding?
And what about drainage and holes in the pot ?

5-6 days since your transplant - could also be stress it’s recovering from
 
I have a manual pH test kit. It reads yellow for the water administrated. I don't have a soil test kit so I can only evaluate the water. It's around 6-6.8
 
Dont know what a soil test kit is sorry mate. My PH meter i Can be used in water and i Can dip it in the soil also.

6-6.8 is fair enough.
When you are not sure on perlite - is that you don’t know how much is in it? Or nothing at all ?
20-30 holes should be good enough 👍🏻

If you don’t have cal-mag in your nutes, I would buy it soon if I were you.
About the upper leaves - I’m thinking over watering, and of course from the transplant 5 days ago I could easily give it stress. It will recover - but if the soil is to wet for too long - I will give roots problems because of the lack of oxygen (that’s why a asked about perlite) :)
 
Sorry about that. I don't have have a way to test the soil pH, but I can test the water with the kit I have. And I mean I'm unsure if there is any perlite in the mix. I will let it dry over the next few days, in the meantime I ordered a mag,cal, and iron water soluble feed. Hopefully she recovers 😔
 
I don't bother testing my soil - I know it's good.

My opinion is - your Miracle Grow soil is no good as it is not cannabis friendly.
 
I was just explaining what mine could, but the water is more important in ph than the soil. If water has the right PH - every time, then your soil will by time also get it.
The more perlite you have, the better drainage for the soil and the roots. If no or not much perlite is in the soil, the soil will keep the water much longer than it’s good for the roots.
Maybe this is why you have a droopy plant - and will cause root problems in the end.
She is not dead - just stressed out. It’s a really resilient plant :)
