When nutrient burn occurs should the plant be flushed when symptom show up or wait till it needs watering?

Depends on how bad the nute burn is. Knowing the stage of the plant, how much you're feeding her and how often and especially some pics would be more helpful.

Howdy jiffy, Flushing will not reverse the damage already done to the plant, just reduce the level of nutrients to prevent further damage.
