Nutes/water before 3rd week flowering defoliation

In three days I'm doing my three week flowering defoliation. I've done a little bit of defoliation of some lower branches over the last several days to try to lower the big shock. Nothing more until Sunday. I'm showing the best I can, at the moment, the defoliation I've been doing to the lowers. After Sunday, they'll be lousy with light.

The plants got molasses two days ago. Should I nute or water before I defoliate? Or just keep to watering by weight (when the pot is lightish), when it feels dry?​

I would stay at regular feed until after you trim no more than 20% on top of your already trim/removal. After, half nutes till recovery then normal feed till flush. Looking good ! Good Growing !!
