Nute burn? First time please help

Is this nute burn and nitrogen toxicity combined or is it one of the 2. How do I fix it

If SBG is right, then that tungsten filament will be nicely cooking those.

It is neither nute burn or nitrogen toxicity. It is the big hot tungsten light bulb in the cage behind the cardboard. It is cooking your plant to a crisp.
