I believe you could do two if placed caty-corner to each other. LST is an absolute must and you can only grow short plants. This is based on dimensions only. SoOrbudgal's questions are still valid
Heres my humble setuo in a 2x4x5 tent the left 2 plants are sativa and right is indica so I have taken one out it was getting crowded. Hovering about 45 inches and going in its 3rd week of flower. Hope this can make your mind up. Good Luck PeaceOut
