Now plagued with rust

Okay so after tearing my room down and disinfecting everything and waiting several months I started five auto seeds. Now I have rust disease on them. What can I use? I'm getting sick and tired of this fighting disease. My temps are right around 75 consistently and my humidity is at 45. I have moving air circulating throughout the room. The growing conditions are perfect and still I am plagued with either p.m. or rust. I just tried to post photos and I'm unable to due to low memory whatever the hell that means. Regardless I know for a fact that it is rust and I do not know what to spray them with. Suggestions anyone?

"Plant Problems" link at the top of this page, follow it and find your symptom, then follow the "Read More" link to more info.
My "guess" would be PH

I wish it was something as simple as pH. My pH is always between 6.4 as 6.5, especially when they're new seedlings. I wish it was something as simple as that.

Yes I did follow the link. I have perused plant problem section numerous times over the last year. I did not find Rust listed as a problem there. And yes I just started feeding them, a very weak amount. Today I sprayed them with a copper fungicide. We'll see if that has any effect. Side from the rust they look very good. I need to get my phone to be able to download photos. Very irritating.

Just an update on the rust problem. So far, spraying every sunday with a copper fungicide has kept the rust from spreading. I removed any affected leaves, and (knock on wood) I haven't seen evidence of it. I also clean the table and surrounding area nearly every day with Hydrogen peroxide. The plants are now 26 days from sprouting, and should begin to show signs of flowering. My fingers are crossed...
