So basically since 2018 supreme court said, these laws are unconstitutional (cannabis prohibition) you need to make new laws allowing cannabis use. So te gov has been waiting for the new laws while keeping the old ones "unusable". The gov didn't passed new laws but already eliminated the old ones completely. So it's a wild west over here no cannabis laws whatsoever 🥳
