Nitrogen Deficiency

Could you post a picture of the plant in the setup, and also pictures of the affected leaves? That'll help us tell what kind of deficiency you're seeing

Overall they look green and pretty healthy, which is great! I wouldn't worry too much about those bottom leaves. I'd only worry if the yellowing happens to the next set up (3 finger leaves). It's normal to lose the first set of leaves
For the most part they look pretty good but they do look a touch droopy, maybe from being slightly overwatered and/or hot? What is the temperature in there? Does water drain easily out the bottom when you water? Are you removing runoff water and waiting until the top inch is dry before watering again? Here's a little more info on watering.
You're also going to want to transplant that tall one into a bigger container soon, or it may get rootbound which causes droopiness and deficiencies because the roots are "choking" themselves. It's possible being rootbound is contributing to its symptoms now My only other suggestion is to possibly consider training them to grow short and flat.

Yes run of is around 10-25% I would say I don't think can be over water as I have been not even feeding that a Litre of water I think like you say maybe time to move it into a bigger pot but will see how it is tonight so in regards to leafs you would say may not be a Nitrogen Deficiency then? And the temp is 18-19 at night and day is 28-30 so can get abit hot in there have been trying to keep it down humidity is at 55-58% at night and 38-42% in light and thanks for all the info is helping out a lot 😀
