HELP! Nitrogen Burn?

I'm unsure of the issue I'm having with a few seedlings. Im thinking this is nitrogen burn? Can you help confirm or rule out this issue with the pics I sent? Thanks for any and all advise.

You are at the right place with a community of experienced growers to help get your grow to harvest Can you provide a little info on your grow set up, lights ,fans ,soil, nutes/ feeding schedule, germination process etc.? Each one relates to the other when trouble shooting problems. Does your media have premixed nutes ? and what size pots are they in? Good Growing !!
