You are being extorted. $300.00 is ridiculous. State Government is not suppose to make a profit. They are there to serve. Especially if you live next to a State where pot is legal. Then all you have to do is step across that imaginary State Line and be perfectly legal, and it don't cost you anything. On one side you are a good citizen and on the other, you're a pot smoking felon. Go figure.

The Federales may be on the march again with Jefferson Beauregard Sessions as attorney general. He once quipped he thought the KKK were OK until he found out that they smoked pot. This is scary reactionary stuff!
