So I sort of grew this by accident, a friend of mine was smoking some weed on my garden and it had seeds on the bag, for a laugh I planted it on the soil she thought I was mad! However I now have this huge plant any ideas what sex it is? And if it would bud in the UK?

Its to young for sex. Your days are growing shorter, and by the time it reaches 12/12 you should have at least pre-flowers.
 
Hate to say it, but I see what looks like a pollen sack, and the uneven nodes would lead me to believe it's likely male too. Had to blow up the picture quite a bit to see it, but I do believe its male.
 
I thought I could see female parts when I enlarged photo but im new to this. But yes mate carry on with it.
 
Just out of intrest did you give it any nutes nice to know your garden is a good spot for growing:) hope your neighbours are far enough away when she starts to smell

Yeah I live in a very remote area and don’t have neighbours luckily enough. And I know how lucky it was out of some weed my friend smokes, I don’t smoke weed but if she flowers I may be tempted to try it before I had it over to my friend, who has MS and smoking Mary J is all that takes her pain away. She pays a hell of a prescription so I’m hoping this produces and helps her out 😊😊
 
Nice one mate hope she flowers well for you. If she gets lots of rain on her make sure you give her a gentle shake off you dont want to much water sitting on your buds apparently can cause budrot. But if you run into any issues your in the right place lots of experienced growers on here. anyways shes looking good congrats.
