Newbie Trying To Getting Set Up

If you live close to walmart, they got carbon filtered water that's already just right, that's what I use lots of time.
He told me to let it sit a day or two if your using tap water and it would be fine, I haven't had any problems with chlorine or cloramine, ain't got it spelled right I know. I also use a cheap aquarium pump to help get rid of the clorine.
Glad to hear your about ready, your gonna love growing your own, it's sure lots better than what the peddlers try to sell you.

Hey Brother, it ain't just the morning, I feel real good all 24 hours.
Since I been growing my own feel good medine, I ain't bought any of that dogsh-t from the peddlers in years, and don't plan on ever buying any more.
That's like your used to drinking some fine wine, and all you can get is Thunderbird.

I am ready to grow and want to plant seeds right into their permanent home. I am growing in Kindsoil and CoCo loco. Should I follow instructions and fill 5 gallon container accordingly and place seed in that or should I place seed in Rapid rooter first and then in 5 gallon pot? How much water should I start with? Since I am not starting in Humidome and instead a grow tent (4x4) how long under veg light (LED)? Thank you in advance

It's a matter of personal preference on the best way to germinate the seeds. But all the most popular germination methods will work well. If you're already following the Kind soil system, it may be easier to follow all their instructions. One thing I've learned with Kind soil is you typically don't want to water so much that you're getting a lot of runoff, as extra runoff water will carry away extra nutrients you want to last.

Kind soil has great info here with more instructions on the best way to use their soil. I know growers get really great results simply by following their steps.

As far as how long to keep the plant in the vegetative stage, a good rule of thumb is to wait until the plant is about half the final desired height as cannabis plants double in height (on average) after the switch to 12/12. More on the vegetative stage here.

Evening Nebula, that's awesome how you put those blue pages ,telling people were to find information, on so fast. You must have a great memory, there is no doubt in my mind, you know exactly what your doing bout growing cannabis. Have a great evening.
