Newbie question about odor

So I'm about 4 weeks in flowering stage and there is hardly any odor coming from these girls. Is that common?

It depends on the strain; some don't smell very much at all; look up the strain and see what the breeder says.

The thing I noticed about odor is after years of growing, I don't smell the plants anymore. They stink after I pinch off a leaf. My daughter comes over and says: "Holy Crap Dad, I can smell it when I walk up the door." Thank goodness I'm legal. So you might be like me and just don't smell it as much anymore.

My plant in week 5 flower doesn't have much of an odor at all; the ones that died from heat stress last year smelled worse. Occasionally I'll get a whiff of something vaguely kinda-sorta like cannabis when I enter the apartment (not noticeable in the hallway due to the horrible cooks in the rest of the building), but in my room the odor is more lemony-minty when it exists.
