Newbie needs advice on nutes please!

You mentioned earlier that you would run autos at 18/6 until the final week before harvest. What do you do the final week?

Can you tell from the pics from today if the trichomes indicate she's a few days to a week from harvest?

Switched to 12/12 today. I'm expecting to have FloraKleen & Liquid KoolBloom delivered tomorrow.

Do they need any total darkness period prior to harvest or is 12/12 ok until the end?

I read on another site about splitting the stem near the base to trigger the plants natural defense system a few days from harvest. Is this something you've heard of or tried before?

Finally....my Diamond Nectar, Armor Si, Liquid KoolBloom & FloraKleen arrived this morning. Assuming I'm in my ripen week, how much KoolBloom (ml/gal) do you think I need to add to my solution? For the last couple weeks all I've used is 3.5ml/gal CaliMagic & 3.5ml/gal FloraNova Bloom. The CM is 1-0-0 & the Grow is 4-8-7

I don't have the EC but the ppm has been ~450-480.
I haven't established a target because I've never done this before and have no idea what it should be. ☺

I had been targeting 450ish ppm for late bloom because the leaf tips were showing signs of nute burn earlier. GH recommends a ppm range of 300-550 during ripening. So I'm thinking around 375-400ppm for ripening. I did finally get an EC meter. So I think my target EC would be about 800-840.

Your nutrient schedule in your guide shows you using 5ml Koolbloom during ripening, is that the liquid or dry? For my Floranova nutrients GH recommends dry Koolbloom during ripening. Since I only have the liquid Koolbloom I wonder if I should leave it out and just go with the CM & Floranova bloom.

I couldn't hold the microscope still enough to get a good shot so I cut a marble sized bud off and took pics on my counter. I was planning on starting my flush this weekend but after looking at these I'm thinking I should maybe wait a little longer. What do you think Campesino ?

Also the other plant still hasn't shown any signs of flowering after 7 days of 12/12. I'm starting to think she isn't going to do anything at all. I feel like I'm wasting my nutes on her.
