New Year, New Grow, Jack Herer DWC

Will on the next one, and I do take some of the big fans off if they are blocking anything. This is more of a test grow to determine my nutrients and how I will train autogrows. Just old school and hate to see those big sun gathers taken off.

I’m growing one of my plants that way. Topped it above 3rd node and otherwise only defoliating for bud sites. It’s going to be a bush! My others are pretty defoliated, though. I love defoliating for some reason!

Next test will be just let it grow, may top it but that's it.

Had to take a little vaca and miscalculated the amounts the plant would soak up, it looks a little peaked. Pretty sure PH whacked out, hoping a flush and new nutrients will get it back on track.

Hope so, would of thought they would be flowering better at day 50, but that's why its a test grow, to get the base lines.

You lollipopped higher than I have the guts for lol. I’m actually going to prune some sucker branches, but otherwise going to avoid taking buds sites, even if they’re lower. With good light penetration they can still amount to something, maybe?

I think you'll get good colas.

s62 For me, the problem with shorter colas is that they don't get into the light "sweet spot"; they don't develop as well as the taller colas because the level of light they receive is inferior. I pull out my lux meter and I can see that they aren't in the sweet spot.

So I left a lot of shorter colas on my current grow, but on the next one, I'm really gonna strive to have all the colas the same height when I switch them, and not keep any shorter ones that don't fully make it into the sweet spot.

Hopefully she will stop stretching and start flowering more, running out of room to lift the lights, only have about a foot left at the max.
Had a little fight with autocorrect this morning, it kept spelling sativa wrong..... or..... I was, go figure.

I hope you have some room under the lights to supercrop or get them to grow horizontally if she gets too tall.

Had to break out the aquarium heaters this morning to warm the girls water up.... hate the cold.

Sativa madness you got the real deal. But she is a great strain Jack Herer, beautiful grow.
