Insight Ya know, I've never tried the Volcano. Everyone raves about it, so I would be curious to know what you thought of the MV1...

Thanks for that detailed response. I have also found that many portable products failed because of their limited battery technology. There is not enough draw possible with small battery technology, which limits how quickly and efficiently they can heat up. Which is why i have typically found wall powered to be best. However vaping to me, appears to provide a different high compared to traditional combustion. And the ones that have temperature settings also change how it feels, so i really love vaping.

Haha yes i kidnapped the poor fella. Hes in my basement, working on my crops. ;)

9fingerleafs, no kiddn, it is a piece of sh-t, the dude at the head shop said it was the best for dry herb, mine sure aint.
Mine is called an Atmos Jump, do you reckon mine has got a glass filter on it, I ain't seen one, if it does, cause we just made a humongous pile of dry ice hash, I mean a bunch, about a month ago ,reckon we can smoke that hash, in this AtmosJump.
Thanks for your help, I might as well put a hunk of hash in there and try it anyway, if it tears up, we ain't lost nothin anyway.

Have you used the silver surfer vaporizers? If so, what do you think of them? I really need to get away from smoking when ever possible. For almost the same price maybe I should get this little badass thing 🤔
 
i just googled that model and it doesnt look like you can remove any piece, unless you can take that blue part off and put the hash directly above the hot coil i wouldnt try it
 
9fingerleafs, Thanks anyways, we just tried a big hunk of hash in the little bowl, it takes a minute for the light to come on.But it got hot as hell, but still no smoke, so you are right, it doesn't work, pos.!!!
 
It’s 300f-470f which is about 150C-243C kinda of disappointing for me I was hoping for a much wider temp range, like 100C-300C

I had to find the right vaporizers to start moving away from smoking. Each one was a better experience than the previous one, cuz the technology is evolving so fast, so there you have it: the MV1 has the best technology, which is a short way of saying everything else I said in this topic.

WHEN you find the right vape for you, you'll know it. I also like vape pens, juices & concentrates. It's all such a superior experience for me vs smoking. You can vape and walk out of the house and no one knows, cuz you don't smell like a skunk.

Juice and concentrates will take you away from smoking quick!! I have a KandyPens Prism for as soon as I harvest and decarb some of the bud to make wax.
 
It’s not going to deter me away from this, I definitely plan on using this with my homegrown medication. However sometimes I do want to have some Trippy fun also salvia is legal where I am, and because salvinorin A melts at 277C, I have some extract coated leaves that would be great if it got that hot.
And humlene and carophylene instantly combust at its min temp of 140C
Their boiling points are 107C for humlene and 130C for carophyllene

ive tried a bunch of times before and i found it useless, what that website refers to level 5 is what i understand as a regular salvia trip. by the time you realize you just smoked salvia is because the effects are gone. theres no room for enlightenment in my opinion. btw i always used 100x salvia

If your actually interested in smoking it I recommend a 5x or 10x and be ready for anything.

ohhh i didnt even knew they where 5x and 10x, back in my days only 20x 40x 60x and 100x where sold, being a chemical sprayed over inert organic matter it seemed like the 100x was cheaper in comparison,

One thing i know for sure is that you need very high temps and energy to get a nice hit, for the best results you need a torch and a gravity bong, you can take any bong bowl and adapt to a soda cap, fill the bowl with salvia, then take the soda bottle and make a hole close to the bottom; small enough to be covered by your finger, then fill with water, place the cap and as soon as you release the finger you light the torch and keep it on until all water is gone, then wait 30 to 60 seconds for the smoke to cool down, sit down and inhale

i dont think the vape is powerful enough, even regular lighters do a louzzy job
 
you mean the bong and the torch? idk thats just how i used to smoke it. the spice i would often smoke mixed with tobacco rolled up
