New Type of LED?

Hello, I am thinking of buying 2 of these for my 4' x 4' tent. Does anyone have any feedback they can give me on these? Though I realize maybe no one is using these, but some guidance on the wattage and how many to get for my tent...etc.

Thank you so much for helping me find a good alternative to an expensive LED set.
I have a 600W set up for flower now, but I'd love to bump that up to 800 W. to 1000 W. cool 100 W. LED bulb type stringing a few together. You see I MUST cut down on the power bill and not worry about heat!
