hello everyone,well i'm new to this.hopefully someone can point an old guy in the right direction.not sure what kind of info is passed around on here,so i'll just lay out my deal.live in small 1 bdr. would like to try to grow 2 1 sati. 1 indi. from what i've read it would seem led's are the way to go,but i'm open to all suggestions.anyway thanks for looking.have a great saturday.

Depending on how far you're willing to go with this probably start off with cheap CFLs till you get the hang of it LEDs can be quite expensive do your homework on the LEDs. Don't do what I did by lights twice. The new technology 315 LEC are the bomb they're expensive right now but bulbs last much longer than traditional HPS and a much better light for growing ,, oh yeah welcome to the farm I mean form people here are great lots of help don't be afraid to ask. Oh yeah the growing Parts really quite easy once you get the hang of it and figure out what mistakes you've already made haha , cuz we all made them in the beginning, pH is probably one of the biggest factors other than light do your homework and good luck.

Howdy gmac and welcome to forum! 😊 My first dive into cannabis cultivation indoors was also in my bedroom, and I went with CFL bulbs because I wanted to keep the lighting investment cheap and easy. Of course, I only grew one auto at a time, so I'm not sure if doing two (especially larger sativas) would work with CFLS. It's very important to give them all the light they deserve for great harvests. And how much are you willing to spend? Glad you're joining the GWE family, cause there is super knowledge available here from some great growers! Keep us posted on your progress, and a pleasant day to you also! 🌿🌿
hello ppl, well i live in a townhouse thats 1 level, so the bdr. is the only place that works.i'm in the south so it's hot all the time.i have a heat pump so theres ac in the bdr.also theres ppl living next door to me on one side.so theres the smell to consider and electricity.from what i've read on here i thought a small 1 or 2 plant hydro set up with led's would be the way to go.but you asking about heat and ac has got me thinking again.can not live without the ac.besides old and arthritic i have copd.
