New tent lighting question

I need some lighting advice. Moving from a 2x2x4 tent growing autoflowers to a 3x3x6 tent growing photos. Past lighting was a Spider Farmer SF1000 in the 2x2 tent. Looking now at the Spider Farmer G3000 for the 3x3 tent. Moving from 100w to 300w. I like Spider Farmer but am open to others. For those growing in this size tent am I on the right track?

I like HLG lamps. They are all I've ever used. I just switched from a 3x3x8 to a 2x4x8. I have an HLG 350R in that tent. I was growing autos exclusively in the 3x3. it works like a champ. Grows big buds.

I would follow the advice above. But the short answer is, get the best lighting your budget allows. Because, your lighting is single greatest factor in determining what your your final yield will be.

I use 4 Spider Farmer SF1000 in my tent. There are certainly better lights available but they work well and if you can catch them on sale. You can't beat the price!

That light you mentioned is spot on for that tent size. Consider the SE3000 also but wait till they are on sale. They will save you a few bucks on electricity as they are a bit more efficient.

Thank you. I thought about adding another light to the larger tent (same SF1000) but I decided to keep the small 4' tent for growing some of my house plants. You have an awesome set up going on there 👍

Always great advice. Thank you. I actually saved about $40 by going to the spider farmer website and purchasing the light that way. Amazon is not always the best route. Happy farming!
