SOIL New outdoor grower

I have grown indoors for over ten years with vey good success. I am new to growing outdoors. Had a leftover London Pound Cake (Indica dominant hybrid) and decided to specially prepare a raised bed for it in my vege garden. I topped 5 times during veg stage and it started showing signs of flowering a week ago. Location is in the tri-state area of NY,NJ and PA. It gets full southern exposure. Current temp and humidity is far from ideal. There is significant stretch and all of the 32 bud stems are not equal in size with some rather small. I am seeking advice on pruning of fan leaves and smaller bud sites. Current photo attached is about 1 week into flowering. The SCROG net is 48 inches from the ground. Framing is 48x48x48 constructed to grow smaller autos and provide protection. Come back if you have any questions.

PS: Growing 4 of the same indoors. Pix is beginning of week 4 of flowering.

Thanks for any input.
