New leafs looks like it has burned holes

I have a 4x4x7 grow tent. Using fox farm ocean soil. Right now I'm giving my plant big bloom and grow big. I ph the water around 6 to 6.7. I have 5 gallon fabric grow pots. I'm using a 1200 LED king light, which is about 2 feet away from my plants. My temps vary from 65-78 F.
I looked on grow weed easy problems and the boron issue seemed to be the closes to my issue but I'm not sure.

What you have is a caterpillar. Or something else eating the leaves.
Plant matter cannot just dissapear, in my case i had a very rare "incineration". But i was dealing with 100°F +.
First things first, you have nutrient toxicity that needs sorting. Some plants can tolerate more than others a overdraft of nutrients, these plants build up the toxic overflow in the leaves and display a "claw" like shape on the edge. To have a mental image of how bad it is, just imagine your plant has lots of nutrient burn. Essentially what it would be if it wasnt so tolerant.
Now the suspect boron deficiency i cannot see being related at all to the holes. There was however one picture with suspect boron problems but unless you were referring to this and there are many like it, dont see it being the case. Its very rare!.
However if so, in my supplied pictures i have a picture of a boron deficiency i had last year that was caused by ph imbalance. Boron deficiency is usually cause by ph problems or watering issues because boron is usually so abundent and so little is required.
For your holy situation, im thinking caterpillar. I had leaves that were getting holes and edges eaten but i couldnt find or see anything. One day i went home and there was a caterpillar on my shoulder, i thought no!. Cant have been you, your tiny. Anyway, next few weeks, nothing further was eaten.

One would think so, like i said, plant matter doesnt just dissapear. Even when specific plant material dies, there is always fibre leftover. Pests can come from anywhere, even if your grow room is sealed (though a lot less likely).
Moths spawn caterpillars so their mobility is massive.
I have experience with organic sprays so if you want to try some, here are my favorites.
Pyrethrum:
Very weak, natural plant based, best for as a preventative. Doesnt do very well at killing pests but is ok as a protective agent against new pests.
Natrasoaps:
Made from natural products which is low toxic and works well on common bugs such as whiteflies, aphids, mites.
A good broad spectrum.
Neem oil:
Said to work against caterpillars, i used this and never had a problem since. Had to use a couple of times but is my favorite when natrasoaps dont work. Seems to cover a different sort of pests.
Copper oxychloride (spray)
Disputed wether its "organic" but its close enough, used for fungus, mold, powdery mildew.
But yea, you only need one tinsy caterpillar to have problems.

Is it possible you damaged the leaf slightly when it was small? Sometimes a tiny injury on a new leaf ends up looking bigger when it grows out. It can be easy to do if you are training your plants! Just a thought because it doesn't look like you have many holes at all!
If you are not sure what the bug is, I'd wait to identify it before treating the plant. For example if it is caterpillars you could use a BT spray, which is more gentle on your plants than neem oil, while also being more effective against caterpillars. But if it's something else, the neem oil might be better.

Well I am doing some LTS on the plant and by accident the main two branches ended up splitting in half and I had to wrap it around with rope but it looks like it's doing fine except for the leafs. Also I thought it was wind burn too since my fan does roatate the air still hits the plant. The leafs feel crispy and I also thought it could be the humidity in the tent as well since it carts from 38 - 50 on humidity.
Today I checked my plant and I couldn't find any caterpillars or bugs so I'm not very sure what the issue is

Those images represent something other than pests. Pests will remove plant matter entirely. In these pictures it appears more as if the holes are rips rather than actual holes from removed leaf substance. Also theres slight indications around the rips of cell damage. This is usually not common. I also notice other bronze spots around the leafs. Possibly early onset of the same issue.
This is difficult to asses, have not seen this before.
But this is not a big problem as of yet so deal with the issues at hand first, it could be that those are nutrient burns. Its not common to be on the leaf other than the tips, however your plant looks to have high tolerance and other non cannabis plants like tomatoes get nutrient burns accross the entire leafs surface.

Need oil won't hurt your plants directly, but I've noticed that plants which are regularly treated with neem oil sometimes don't seem to grow quite as fast as untreated plants. I think it adds just a tiny bit extra stress to the plant, especially if the neem is too concentrated.
I agree, especially after seeing the new pictures, I don't this that was caused by a bug. What parts of the plant are you seeing the symptoms?
