Reading and I’m confused I’m using a germination station when do I take the sprouts out of it and plant them in a solo cup using rapid rooters and have sprouts emerging

Morning Buds4949 you can do it now or wait a day or two. If their autos place in final container now if photos you got time to put in either solo cup or 1gal pot then transfer later to final home. Keep the veg lights going min. of 18hrs.

Do I plant the whole rapid rooter or take sprout out of rapid rooter

The whole rooter make sure all roots are in soil abit of the rooter can show through surface top. No nutes just Ph water don't over water just moist around the small grow area for now.

1st photo sprouts look fine second photo seams like the taproot isn’t growing threw the rapid rooter and it’s just pushing out should I leave it or what
