New grower, not sure about strange to me growth

First time I've grown. Don't know the strains. Using combination of coco, Happy Frog, no longer have clothes in my closet. First plant doing great, second 2 totally different growth pattern & smell. One of the two showing, I think "bananas" but not sure. The plant growing behind the happy plant in front on left has the same growth pattern, long & lanky but the one on the right is extremely so & the one showing what I believe to be the "bananas. Instinct tells me to trim the plant back to where I don't see any bananas. Hope I haven't thoroughly confused you!

Hi Donnies58. Welcome to gwe...you got some nice looking plants there. I don't see any nanners but I do see some nice engorged calyxes. You're good to grow 😉. Keep doing what you're doing they look fabulous for a first grow 😃.

Hi Donnies58, Welcome to GWE. There are some very knowledgeable growers that will be chiming in to answer your questions. I think it is a male but not sure. If it is male I would toss it before it pollinates the females, but wait until other folks chime in, I'm on my 3 rd grow and don't have the knowledge like some others. The other plants look good, your doing a great job.
Well there you go, chefbjy says your good to go, Guess I was typing while he posted:).

Yeah those are calyx...huge ones 😆. But the white pistils coming out are a great sign it's not male. Calyx the sepals of a flower, typically forming a whorl that encloses the petals and forms a protective layer around a flower in bud.

Donnies58 ,nice plants, I don't see any nanners anywhere, just huge calyxes, if you have nanners they will be light green, and they are real easy to spot.
You got 2 beautiful females, that are gonna have some fine bud on them come harvest time.
What kind of plants are those ? Autos?
Good job with your plants, it's almost impossible to grow 2plants ,even the same type. That grows alike,
Nice plants ,and welcome to GWE, my friend, lots of nice people on here, that are always willing to help you out.
HappyGrowing.

Chefbjy That is what I wasn't sure about "white pistils" didn't know if males produced them or not and the calyx look kinda round, not pointed like on my plants.

Yes that's the flower unfurling you will see 😉. They will get plump... I've grown some hermies and have seen my share of nanners 😆.

Yeeeeee hawwwww, thanks y’all! That’s good to know. Seeds were given to me so no clue as to what strain/variety. Got a feeling the two plants are going to much taller!!
