Need some help please

Woke up this morning to check on my babies and noticed some brown spots..Not sure if this is just me being freaked out or do I have a issue? Is this a calcium deficiency? Over watering? Or just me messing with them too much lol... I did just transplant them in 5 gal pots and trimmed them up getting ready to flip to 12/12 this weekend? Please Help a poor Boy out... Thanks

Thanks... Yeah I'm finding that's hard to do. Don't want try to do too much but still want to make sure I'm ding all I can to get thru my first grow. Thanks again for the guidance and talking me down off the ledge..
