Need opinions on 3 issues

Hey all I need yallz opinions on "IF" there is something wrong going on or if I'm just bein an over reactive parent here...
here is the specs of this grow:
bagseed
24hr lighting (16 2700k cfl's)
3 1/2 wks old
general organics go box neuts
ph is 6.4-6.8 run-off was 6.4
temp is 71--81' humidity is low 45-52 can't seem to control n get it to raise...
i have 3 pics can u see anything wrong??

Nominal condition in my opinion. I will state that I do not take runoff Ph unless I have a symptom to diagnose; to me run off is the equivalent of plant poop, and in fact is animal poop, I only play in poop if the doctor orders it.

I was curious about the runoff because I read it somewhere n it turned out being where it was supposed to I'm having problems posting pictures because I have slow Internet right now so in the morning I will go to my neighbors and use her Wi-Fi I shouldn't have problems then but the other issues that I'm having is my leaves or turning all facing one direction and only happening with my best looking plant. How many state all my plants look good and healthy color looks good it's just leaves are turning, a couple of them plants it's almost like a couple of the leaves are folding in and thirdly some of the new leaves or just looking bunched up

You could also upload the images to Imgur, if it's problematic for you to upload here. (imgur seems much more easy/fast. Probably resize the picture before sending, that might help)
Leaves will turn to face the direction of the light, that's normal. now if they face somewhere else that's weird But there must a reason. Folding in like taco? So far the conditions seem optimal, but taco folding sounds like too much heat... Weird. Could be also problem with roots, those can look like "anything". Bunched up leaves, without a picture to be sure, i'd say its normal.

Now don't worry too much, this is weed, it grows like a bad plant in places. It defends itself quite nicely.

Also, if they are all facing down (drooping) could be over/ under watering....
